1. Service Cancellation

  • Clients may request a cancellation of services by emailing info@innoveil.com with the subject line “Service Cancellation Request”.

  • For hourly or time-based services (e.g., website development, server setup), cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of the next billing cycle.

  • For fixed-price projects, cancellation is possible only before the project officially begins. Once work has started, partial charges may apply based on the completed scope.


2. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital services, the following are non-refundable:

  • Domain name registration or renewal

  • Web hosting or cloud server subscriptions

  • WhatsApp API credits or third-party software costs

  • Custom software, scripts, or automation once delivered

  • Consulting or training hours already consumed


3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only considered if no significant work has been done or delivered.

  • If the project is canceled from our end due to technical reasons, a full or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


4. Dispute & Communication

If you have any concerns about the service provided or believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at info@innoveil.com within 5 days of project delivery. We’ll review your case and aim for a fair resolution.
